In accordance with Autodesk's requirements for GOLD partners, TeamCAD permanently employs 8 technical support engineers from various technical fields: architects (2), civil engineers (2), mechanical engineers (3), and a GIS specialist. The technical support engineers have many years of experience and are certified by Autodesk for the latest versions of Autodesk software.
In line with Autodesk's policy, technical support is provided only for the current version 2024 and the five previous versions of the software.

Users who have a Technical Support Agreement pay a corresponding monthly or annual fee. For all other users, technical support is charged according to the current price list.

Technical support working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
