TeamCAD at a Training on modern solution selling approaches

TeamCAD team members Marko Ognjanović and Stevan Savić participated in a highly valuable two-day training organized by TD Synnex, held on June 11–12, 2025, in Osijek, Croatia, in the welcoming setting of the Zelenkrov Hotel.

 

 

This year’s topic was “Solution Selling (instead of Product Selling)”, with a focus on understanding why this approach matters, the necessary steps to implement it, the tools available for execution, and how to measure and control the outcomes at each stage. Through hands-on exercises and real-life scenarios, we acquired techniques that we can directly apply in our daily work.

The training built upon last year’s program and further strengthened our sales team in adopting a modern, strategic approach to selling, with the goal of delivering greater value to our clients.

The sessions were led by Nikola Mirčić (Hansen Beck) - an experienced trainer and consultant whose engaging and practical approach made the experience even more impactful.

We’d like to thank the organizers for creating a great atmosphere and sharing valuable knowledge that we look forward to applying in the future.
