At the invitation of Autodesk, our colleagues Aleksandra Bajin and Tara Badnjar had the opportunity to participate in the Level UP event in Bucharest on June 4–5. This trip was more than just a business journey - it was a true professional refreshment and a chance to glimpse the future of the AEC industry through the lens of cutting-edge technology.

Through workshops and presentations, they gained deeper insight into the modules of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and discovered numerous possibilities for integrating data between the cloud and other applications using the ACC Connect tool.

The strength of this tool lies in its simplicity — even as a complete beginner in programming, you can successfully automate repetitive tasks and save valuable time. During one of the Level UP workshops, in just a few hours, they learned how to create their first “recipe” for automatically adding users to an ACC project.

They were also impressed by the possibilities offered by Data Exchange, which enables smooth data transfer between different software platforms. Did you know that with this tool, you can even transfer elements or geometry from a newer version of a Revit project to an older one? Yes — they were amazed too!

Another important milestone was their first introduction to the API environment, where they explored how automation and custom solutions can further enhance everyday workflows.

In addition to the rich program, they enjoyed the warm hospitality of their hosts and the great atmosphere in the company of colleagues from Man and Machine. They returned with a wealth of new knowledge, useful insights, and ideas they are eager to put into practice.

Now, there’s just one question left — when is Level UP coming to Belgrade?
